Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes an electric cooker, toaster, espresso maker, and basic cooking tools to enhance your stay.

Laundry Facilities: Free use of washer and dryer (detergent costs 10,000 VND per kilo). For cleaner-assisted washing, the fee is 30,000 VND per kilo.

Regulations

1. All guests are required to present their passports with valid entry/exit visa (for foreigners) or their identity cards (for Vietnamese residents) to the Butler upon check-in. This is a requirement according to Vietnam law.

2. A payment guarantee is required and will be refunded upon check out, after inspection for any damage or missing items.

3. THE MANOR VILLA is a smoke-free and pet-free villa. Smoking is NOT allowed in the villa. Smoking is permitted only outdoors only. A cleaning charge of VND three million VND will be charged for any smoking and pet breach.

4. Check in time: 15:00. Early check in is subject to availability; an additional charge may apply. Please arrange with the Butler.

5. Checkout time: 11:00. Additional 50% room charge will be applied for late check out until 18:00. Additional full charge will be applied for late checkout after 18:00 onwards. Luggage storage after checkout may be arranged subject to availability and may be subject to an additional fee. Please arrange with the Butler.

6. All visitors must be registered with The Manor Villa Butler before entering the Villa. Visitors must depart by 22:00.

7. To ensure safety for all guests, weapons, explosives, inflammables, narcotics (illegal drugs), prohibited goods, animals or other dangerous items are forbidden. Illegal acts such as prostitution and gambling are also prohibited.

8.Guests are kindly reminded to lock the door and windows when exiting the villa, in case of any damages caused by wildlife due to negligence, the repair or damages costs will be charged to the guest's bill accordingly.

9. All bedrooms are equipped with a lockable box to be used to lock valuables. The Manor Villa holds no responsibility for any of your valuables including money. If there is a malfunction of the safe box, the Butler can assist guests to open it at guests’ request, but only in the presence of a registered guest. When checking out, guests are required to make a final check inside the safety deposit box and to leave the door of the safety deposit box unlocked.

10. Please maintain the materials and equipment in the room in order to avoid damage, breakage, tearing or burning. In case of damage, compensation at the equivalent value will be charged.

11. Please refrain from drinking or eating in bedrooms. The kitchen area is available for food and drink.

12. Excessive noise, loud voices and loud music is not permitted

13. Decorations restrictions apply - Glitter and confetti are strictly not allowed. Balloons may be permitted only if all the balloons are gathered and popped prior to check-out. Items are not allowed to be hung on the walls. Self-supporting decor such as balloon arch, portrait easel, or a portable background stand are permitted. If you have a particular decor idea please reach out to us in advance so we can clarify. Any additional cleaning or repair costs caused by decorations will be passed along to the guest.

14. The cleaner is available to wash dirty dishes once per day for VND 50,000 per day. If you would like to utilize this service, please inform the Butler who will arrange for you.

15. A washing machine and dryer are available for use. Laundry power is available at the mini-bar for a small fee. The cleaner is available to wash and dry clothes at VND30,000 per kilo. Please inform the Butler if you would like this service.
